The Customer fully accepts the terms of this Agreement and uses the services according to the rules set forth herein.
3. Payment for Services
The cost of services is determined in accordance with current pricing and is specified on the website https://fastclient.net. The cost of services may be changed by Fast Client unilaterally at any time. Payment methods are specified during the checkout process. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
4. License and Permitted Use
Fast Client grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the launcher and its features in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the launcher without prior written consent from Fast Client. The license is personal to you and cannot be shared with others.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Client shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages, even if Fast Client has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. No Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of Fast Client's launcher, software, or services. Attempting to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized features is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
11. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content published on Fast Client's website and services—including software, images, text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads—is the exclusive property of Fast Client and protected by international copyright laws. The complete compilation of all content on the Fast Client website and launcher is owned and protected by Fast Client. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any Fast Client property without written permission is prohibited.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Account suspension or termination for violating our community guidelines may result in loss of access to purchased digital items. 15. Refund Policy
All purchases of digital content, cosmetics, and in-game items are final and generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
